James Herrington

Managing Member

James has over 30 years experience in construction management, cost estimating, and real estate development. He is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University, the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce "Leadership Texarkana" program, and has held Real Estate Licenses in Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas since 1979.

For the past decade James was a managing partner in GHH Real Estate Services, LLC and President of the company’s Construction Group. In June 2009 he and Curt Green, his long time friend and business partner, founded C2C Real Estate Services and C2C Construction Services, LLC. The Company is currently licensed in multiple states and works as a preferred contractor for several Fortune 500 companies. Primary areas of specialization include retail, medical, financial, restaurant and warehouse construction.

Prior to the formation of his own company, previous Project Management experience included full oversight responsibility on a variety of projects for clients such as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Federal Bureau of Prisons, the General Services Administration, Pleasant Grove ISD, Texarkana Community College and the City of Texarkana, Texas.
